I think it's time to lay down my belief that the generation and transfer of wealth is the core way to solve the world's problems. Corruption, greed, and organizational inefficiency all whittle away at its efficacy.

Instead, I think I'm going to have to realign myself and go back to the original plan that came to me at 2am while walking through a slope reinforcement construction site in Hong Kong--Trust, Community, Neighborhood.

It's still an equally vague goal, but we're already starting off down that path.
